Today marks 6 months of my fitness challenge and I am happy to share it with all of you that I have kept up to my own expectations!

Dear friends, I am coming up with a positive news about my yoga challenge. Meanwhile ponder upon this piece of mine about one of my observation in the environment around us.

First sign of improvement, Yoga Challenge – Day 6/99

I got my periods on time i.e. exactly after 30 days. And that is the first sign of physical improvement I can relate to practicing Yoga.

Yoga challenge – Day 5/99

Some days are difficult, some are not. Yesterday I could not to do a thing because of mismanaging time. Today, I could do 9 Suryanakaskaras but not other exercise as my back was aching. So I think, I should improve my sitting posture while I study. So I also need to work harder on my time management.
